Linfield continue their buildup for the new season on Tuesday night when travelling to meet PLAYR-FIT Premier Intermediate League side Moyola Park AFC at Mill Meadow, Castledawson (7.45pm k.o.). This is the first of six pre-season friendly fixtures for The Blues. 

After a short break, the Linfield squad ramped up their preparations for the new campaign with a warm weather training camp in Gdansk, Poland. A week of high intensity training included a competitive behind-closed-doors game with Polish side Arka Gdynia. 

For David Healy the main focus is on the UEFA Conference League tie with Stjarnan of Iceland later in July, and the visit to Castledawson will provide valuable game time for the players as they work towards the required levels of match fitness. 

For Linfield supporters travelling to the game it will be the first opportunity to view new signings Scot Whiteside and Cammy Ballantyne in action. A first step on the road to what will hopefully be a successful season for The Blues.
