Linfield Football Club is saddened to report the passing of Trevor Kennedy, younger brother of Honorary Vice President Billy.
Aged 78, Trevor, an ardent Blueman, had been in poor health for a number of years, having worked in the printing trade for over 40 years.
Trevor is survived by his wife Doreen, a son and two daughters.

Linfield Honorary Vice President Billy Kennedy pays tribute to his brother:
“Trevor died on 29th September, aged 78. He grew up in the South Armagh village of Bessbrook and was a lifelong Linfield supporter, Member, and Season Ticket holder.
He is survived by his loving wife Doreen, daughters Catherine and Joanne, son Trevor, and granddaughter Margo. His siblings include Linfield Member Gary, supporters Terry and Danny (former Ulster Unionist MLA), Heather and Anne. His nephews David Gilmore and Peter, and brother-in-law Michael Graham are also Linfield members.
Trevor was a printer by trade, following a family tradition by learning his profession at W. and S. Magowan in Newry before going on to work at the Northern Whig, University Press and Edenderry Print with his close associate Eddie Montgomery. Trevor and his family lived for almost 50 years in the Ballysillan area of North Belfast.
His funeral service will take place at Newtownabbey crematorium on 6th October at 1pm. The service will be conducted by the Rev. Stephen Kennedy of Buckna Presbyterian Church, Trevor’s nephew”.
