- Monday 22 Dec: Closed
- Tuesday 23 Dec: 10am – 7pm
- Christmas Eve: Closed
- Christmas Day: Closed
- Boxing Day: 1.40pm – 3pm Kick-Off & 1 Hour after the game
- 27TH Dec to 1st Jan 26: Closed
- Friday 2 January 26: 1.30pm – 5pm
The office hours for the festive period are as follows:

- Tuesday 23 Dec: 10am – 5pm
- Christmas Eve: Closed
- Christmas Day: Closed
- Boxing Day: Closed (Ticket office open for ticket queries from 1.40pm)

- Friday 2 January 26: 10pm – 5pm
