Ahead of tomorrow’s eagerly-anticipated clash between Linfield and Glentoran, the Club would like to share the following important information for the benefit and safety of all supporters attending the game.
Pre-Match Seating Arrangements
The gates are scheduled to open tomorrow at approximately 1.30pm. Please note that this time is subject to change depending on arrival time of the ambulance for the game.
A capacity crowd is expected in all stands. We kindly request that spectators from both Clubs make full use of all available seating and ensure that empty spaces in each row are filled where possible. This will greatly assist fellow supporters and help ensure everyone is accommodated safely and comfortably.
These reminders will be broadcast via the PA system from 2.30pm, repeating every ten minutes until 3.00pm, and will also be shared across our social media channels in advance of kick-off. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Post-Match: Boucher Gate Temporary Closure
Supporters are advised that the Boucher Gate will be closed at approximately 4.30pm to allow Glentoran fans to exit via Windsor Way. The gate will remain closed until all away supporters have safely departed. This process is expected to take around 15–20 minutes after the final whistle.
Linfield supporters exiting via Donegall Avenue and the Railway Bridge will be able to leave the stadium as normal.
We apologise for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and thank our supporters for their patience and understanding.
Coach Parking
Where possible, we would ask that coaches park either on the Lisburn Road itself or in the surrounding side streets. Supporters can then proceed on foot to the Stadium via Tates Avenue or Lower Windsor Avenue. We thank all travelling parties for their assistance with these arrangements.
