The Linfield U13 side successfully retained the NIYFA Cup with an outstanding 5–0 victory over Glenavon FC.

Linfield set the tone early with a dominant first-half display, controlling possession and applying relentless pressure. Their efforts were rewarded with two well-taken goals from Caleb Stewart and Luke Duddy, giving the young Blues a 2–0 lead at the break. Despite their advantage, the team will have felt they could have added more before halftime given the chances created.

The second half followed a similar pattern, with Linfield maintaining their high intensity both in and out of possession. Their pressing game continued to disrupt Glenavon, while their quality on the ball ensured they remained firmly in control. Further goals from Harri Niblock, Tom Lyness, and a second of the game for Luke Duddy capped off an impressive attacking display.

It was an excellent all-round performance from the squad, who showed focus and determination from the first whistle to the last.

Credit must also go to Glenavon, who demonstrated a commendable attitude and resilience throughout the match.
