Matchday 33 of the Sports Direct Premiership sees Linfield hit the road to play Carrick Rangers at the Loughview Leisure Arena, Taylor's Avenue, (7.45pm k.o. with pay at the gate available). The teams have already met twice this season with the spoils shared at Windsor Park (3-3), but Linfield took all 3 points at Taylor's Avenue (2-1 win).

Carrick have enjoyed a relatively successful league campaign and are still in contention for a top-6 finish in the Premiership table, although only victory by 5 clear goals will do for Manager Stuart King's men.

Linfield head to Carrickfergus on a high after booking their place in the Clearer Water Irish Cup Final after Friday’s 3-1 win over Glentoran at The Oval. David Healy will look for his players to carry this form over into the crucial last 6 league games of the season and, with both teams needing to win, a high scoring game may unfold at Taylor's Avenue.
