Linfield head to North Belfast on Matchday 35 of the Sports Direct Premiership to face Crusaders at Seaview (7.45pm k.o. all-ticket). This season Linfield have won all of the 3 league games played between the teams.

Crusaders currently sit 4th in the league table, focused on holding their position for the end-of-season European play-offs, and with the possibility of needing to win just 1 game to qualify for a potentially lucrative tie. If nothing else, this season will be remembered on the Shore Road for the announcement that manager Stephen Baxter is to step down after 19 years at the helm of the club.

In our last outing Linfield were disappointed with a scoreless draw with Glentoran at the BetMcLean Oval. The Blues do, however, now have the chance to hit top spot in the table by leaving Seaview with full points. David Healy will expect a tough night at a ground where results are always hard won. Hopefully it will be a night to remember for the travelling Linfield faithful.
