Linfield are in cup action, travelling to North Belfast to face Crusaders at Seaview in the Quarter final of the ToalsBet.com Co. Antrim Senior Shield (7.45pm k.o, all-ticket). In the last round of the competition The Blues edged past Ballyclare Comrades with a 3-2 win at Dixon Park. 

Crusaders under new manager Declan Cadell have made a steady start to the season and sit 5th in the Premiership table. In Round 1 of this competition they beat Knockbreda FC 6-2, and in their most recent league game triumphed 2-1 over visitors Coleraine. One player to watch is on-loan St. Mirren striker Kieran Offord (4 league goals).

As the season begins to build up some momentum both managers will view tonight’s tie as an ideal opportunity to utilise their squads, and David Healy will look for the match winning performance needed to put them into the hat for next round draw.
