Linfield travel to East Belfast on matchday 34 of the Sports Direct Premiership when they face Glentoran FC at the BetMcLean Oval  (5.45pmko, all-ticket). This first fixture in the post-split in the table follows hot on the heels of last week's Clearer Water Irish Cup semi-final win for the Blues (3-1) at the Oval.

Glentoran interim manager Declan Devine will be looking for a reaction from his players as they strive to at least retain fourth spot in the Premiership table and the European play-off tie that goes with it.

In our last outing Linfield recorded a hard-fought win (3-2) at Carrick Rangers, the highlight of which was a fine individual goal from Ethan McGee.  As the title race effectively morphs into 'five cup finals' for the Blues, it is now all about putting points on the board. With pride and points up for grabs Linfield can expect a feisty ninety minutes+ under the Oval floodlights in yet another eagerly anticipated 'Big Two' derby. COYB!
