Linfield Football Club wishes to pass on our condolences to club Captain Jamie Mulgrew on the passing of his brother-in-law Gareth at the weekend. All at the Club have Jamie’s wife Claire and the Caughey family in their thoughts and prayers at this sad time. 

Linfield FC records with sadness the passing of lifelong supporter Frankie Bellingham from Monkstown. Aged 89, Frankie passed away on October 31st in Abbeylands Nursing Home. 

Previously a member of Monkstown True Blues LSC, Frankie followed The Blues for almost 80 years but was unfortunately unable to attend games in recent times due to ill health. 

Linfield Football Club also expresses great sadness at the passing of Mr David Leckey who passed away on 10th November. David was previously Chairman and Secretary of East End BSC and a lifelong supporter of Linfield. He was laid to rest in the grounds of Castlereagh Presbyterian Church after a family service which was attended by members of East End BSC and former member, Linfield Director David Strain.
