Linfield’s Keri Halliday scored for Northern Ireland under 19s in their 5-0 win against Latvia at Seaview on Tuesday evening. 

3 Linfield players were in the starting line up – Erin McAllister, Rhyleigh Marks and Jane McMaster with 3 more introduced as subs – Keri Halliday, Emily Reid and Sienna Leckey. 

The IFA website described the goal by the Linfield forward as follows – “The fifth goal came from substitute Keri Halliday and it was a great finish, too. She drilled the ball home from an angle into the bottom corner.” 

Northern Ireland have further upcoming Seaview games against Cyprus and Kosovo in the 4 team tournament.
