Broadwood Stadium in Scotland is the venue for the prestigious 2024 Victory Shield competition for Schoolboys aged Under 16, and a total of 5 of the Northern Ireland squad play for Linfield.

First up was a game against Wales, Sonny Trainor and Calum Anderson starting, with Finlay Ross, Jack May and Jay Longridge on the bench. After 90 competitive minutes the game ended 3-3 with a penalty shoot out to follow. 

Jack May was the only Northern Ireland player to score from the spot, Wales running out winners by 3-1.
