History was made on Sunday at Paisley Park when a Linfield Legends side played out a rare 0-0 draw with Crusaders Legends in a charity fundraiser for Sarahjane Cooke!

With a stellar cast of ‘Managers’ on the sidelines, including Darren Murphy, Mark Picking and Jordan Owens, the standout player was former Blues midfielder Brian ‘Bru’ McCaul who pulled on the goalkeeper gloves and pulled off a string of fine saves to deny the likes of Davy Rainey and Paul Leeman, with Jim Ervin, Steven Douglas and John Martin going close at the other end.

A worthy cause supported by some of the legends of both clubs with a good crowd in attendance.
