Linfield are on home turf again for Matchday 37 of the Sports Direct Premiership, welcoming visitors Larne to Windsor Park (7.45pm k.o. all-ticket).

Without doubt, this is the biggest game of the season, with Larne holding a 3 point lead and in search of a decisive result, while David Healy’s men will be determined to come out on top on the evening.

Larne have been strong at the back and up front where Lee Bonis and Andy Ryan have hit the net with regularity, while Linfield’s strength comes from a midfield which includes Chris Shields, captain Jamie Mulgrew, and the newly crowned NIFWA Player of the Year Kyle McClean.

The Blues have been undefeated since mid-February, and with an Irish Cup final to come, talismanic forward Joel Cooper, master of the assist Kirk Millar, and whichever  striker(s) take to the field, will look to round their seasons off in style.

There may be more League twists and turns to come before the end of April, and with so  much at stake an exciting and intense evening of football between two evenly matched sides is promised.
