Linfield FC Women are delighted to announce the signing of talented midfielder Keri Loughrey from Sligo Rovers for the 2025 season.

The 19-year-old joins the Blues after an impressive spell with Sligo Rovers, where she showcased her ability, coming through in the midfield. Loughrey is also a Republic of Ireland Under-19 international, having represented her country on multiple occasions at youth level.

Speaking about the move, Loughrey expressed her excitement about joining Linfield FC Women: “I’m very excited to get going. Pre-season has been great so far. All the girls have been very welcoming, training has been quick and sharp. The goal is to get a good few wins under the belt and hopefully win some silverware.”

Linfield FC Women’s head coach Ryan McConville welcomed the addition of Loughrey to the squad: “Keri is a fantastic young talent with great vision and control in the middle of the park. We believe she will be a key player for us this season and look forward to working with her.”
