As we enter 2024, I would like to convey the club’s best wishes to all of our Members and Supporters and thank you for your fantastic backing at home and away this season. We enter the New Year in a strong position, with the team holding a four-point lead at the top of the table following some superb performances over the holiday period. Full credit must go to the Manager and his squad for their fantastic efforts so far this season despite losing key players due to injury. The Board is fully committed to backing the Manager and our Head of Recruitment in strengthening the squad in the January transfer window and retaining the services of our key players beyond the end of this season. I would also wish to take this opportunity to address some recent inaccurate press reporting and to reassure our supporters regarding the long-term vision and strategy of the club. We remain fully committed to implementing all aspects of our 5-Year Strategic Plan, including further development of the full-time model across the club. I am confident that with your full support, we can continue to drive the club forward and hopefully bring the Gibson Cup back to Windsor Park in 2024.
