“The officers and members of Co. Armagh Linfield S.C. are sad to learn of the passing of our club Chairman Mr Jimmy McCaig. Jimmy was a lifelong Blueman going to games home and away for over 75 years until recent ill-health restricted his attendances.

Despite not being able to get to the matches regularly for the past few seasons, Jimmy continued to be a Linfield Member until his passing, something he hugely cherished.

He will be greatly missed by all his friends within the Co. Armagh Linfield SC and we would like to pass on our thoughts and condolences to Muriel, Clive and the wider family circle at this difficult time.”
