East End Blue Supporters Club are sad to record the passing of our long serving esteemed honorary member Tom Keenan who passed away on Wednesday evening in the Ulster Hospital after a short illness.

Tom, who lived all his life in East Belfast, had reached the grand age of 90 and was awarded honorary status with our Club a few years ago having been a member since joining in 1950 (an incredible 74 years). He served for many years as Club secretary and was a regular attendee at both home and away games until Covid. Although he was unable to attend games he never lost his interest in Linfield and remained an avid debater on all Linfield related matters. He was a full member at his beloved Linfield and is survived by his son David, who is also a Linfield full member, and his daughter Beverley.
